At Raíz, we process all orders within 1-2 business days. We offer standard shipping (2-3 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days) within the Netherlands. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Return Policy
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of my rugs. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the rug is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at raizrugs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Once we receive and inspect the returned rug, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
